Pilates
This is a regular weekly class.
Saturday 9-9.50am
Wednesday 7.30-8.20pm
Pilates is suitable for all abilities, shapes, sizes and ages.
Pilates strengthens the body from the inside, focusing on tightening your core section and lengthening your spine.
What can you expect?
Some sections of the class are very gentle, focusing on breathing and stretch.
Some parts are more strenuous and focus on strengthening the body through a series of holds and movements.
For each and every exercise there is an option to increase the difficulty or to lower the intensity, meaning that a class can work just as well for someone very conditioned as it can for someone just beginning their journey into fitness.
It is suitable for those recovering from injury as well as those doing regular training and exercise.
A supple and strong core section can help you prevent injury alongside maintaining a healthy spine and joints for every day life
Who am I?
I'm a 42 year old mum of 3 who lives in Shoscombe and run my own fitness and nutrition business. I've worked in the fitness industry for 11 years and teach busy community classes in Wiltshire. You can see my fitness classes on Facebook by searching @30daysculpt. I also offer personal training sessions which cover a multitude of disciplines including weight loss guidance, boxing, resistance training, bootcamps and core development.
Price
Each class will be £6 weekly, bookable in advance, or £20 for 4 consecutive weeks

Meditation
The unexamined life is not worth living - Socrates Meditation means to contemplate, think and consider and is as simple and natural as breathing. We have lots of thoughts in a day - most of them we’re unaware of. However, they are powerful generators of feelings and emotions that can make or break our day, week, month or year. The purpose of meditation is to put us back in the driving seat so we consciously choose our thoughts and feelings.
